Irena Mielke, FNP-C, was named Master Injector in 2020 and is recognized as a pioneer in regenerative medicine, leading the industry in Sculptra injectables for over 2 years. Her holistic approach to aesthetics allows for transformational outcomes that create confidence and unlock
opportunities in the lives of her clients. Irena’s distinguished background and extensive experience are unquestionable, but what truly resonates with her clients is her genuine pursuit of meaningful connection and her dedication to empowering others to embrace their true potential.
Irena is originally from Ukraine, and if you’ve met her…you have experienced that Ukrainian Spice! Always determined to provide you holistic healthcare and the utmost dedication to your wellbeing, Irena incorporates Eastern and Western medicine to best serve your needs. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Mama of three crazy monkeys, Chloe, Maxwell, and Esther, crowned Master Injector in 2021, and part-owner of The Perfect Secret, the Scottsdale based luxury med spa.

Matthew Mielke, co-founder and CEO of The Perfect Secret is accredited with curating the experience and accounting for every detail encountered in your journey to elevated beauty. His business acumen has allowed for The Perfect Secret to be set apart and a step above what is expected in the beauty and wellness industry. Although his background is in sales, marketing, and finance, Matthew’s greatest passion is service, reflected in every aspect of your sojourn at their aesthetic sanctuary.
Matthew has a great passion and affinity for cultivating relationships and empowering others to maximize their true potential. He is the self-proclaimed king of dad jokes, disc golf aficionado and a true family man. He enjoys watching the UFC and Arizona Cardinals with his wife and 3 children, whenever they’re willing to, and take day trips with the family to Northern Arizona.

Prior to working at The Perfect Secret, I worked as a nanny for over 7 years and most recently nannied for Irena and Matthew’s children. I watched Matthew and Irena bring The Perfect Secret to life and am so happy to now be part of the team! I was born in Arizona, but grew up in Seattle.
I moved back to Arizona 6 years ago and studied marketing at ASU. As a result, I was able to make a career for myself in social media management, managing several accounts in the medical industry. I have a passion and affinity for the field which ultimately led me to The Perfect Secret
